The basket centrifuge are the high speed (800 to 1500 rpm) simplest form of machine are used for the solid liquid separations. The sludge pumped from the top lid and then passes through the rotating basket which is covered with the reusable PP bags. Removal of solids must be done for each batch manually. This is top charge & top discharge type. The size and material of construction of basket and outer casing is selected on the basis of applications. The basket is
dynamically so that vibration free operation is achieved.
